Ұлттық пошта операторының бөлімшелерінде Қордың салымшылары (алушылары) келесі
операцияларды жүргізе алады:
* салымшының (алушының) қосымша деректемелерін (жеке куәлігінің
деректемелері, телефон нөмірі, электрондық және пошталық мекенжайы) өзгерту
(толықтыру) туралы өтініш беру);
* хабарлау тәсілін өзгерту (белгілеу) туралы келісімге қол қою (оның ішінде «БЖЗҚ»
АҚ қызметтеріне электрондық форматта қол жеткізу үшін).
2022 жылдың І жартыжылдығында Қор салымшылары (алушылары) «Қазпошта» АҚ
бөлімшелерінен 6,5 мыңға жуық қызмет алды. БЖЗҚ қызметтерінің Қазпошта бөлімшелерінде
барынша жоғары сұранысқа ие болуы Қызылорда, Жамбыл және Шығыс Қазақстан облыстарында
байқалуда.
Қосымша деректемелер мен хабарлау тәсілін өзгерту бойынша БЖЗҚ қызметтерін алуға
болатын» Қазпошта » АҚ бөлімшелерінің тізімін Сіз enpf.kz сайтының «Қызметтер» бөлімінде таба
аласыз.
Сонымен қатар, БЖЗҚ қызметтерінің басым бөлігін, мысалы, жеке зейнетақы шотынан

Expansion of the presence of UAPF JSC in remote settlements through Kazpost JSC

In order to develop transfer agency services in remote settlements of the country, as well as to
ensure the availability of pension services to the entire population of Kazakhstan, the UAPF, together
with Kazpost JSC, continues to work on additional connection of Kazpost JSC divisions to the Fund’s
services.
Thus, to date, UAPF services can be obtained in 376 divisions of Kazpost JSC.
Recall that thanks to the joint project of UAPF JSC and Kazpost JSC, in the divisions of the
national postal operator, the contributors (beneficiaries) of the Fund can perform the following types of
operations:
• submit an application to change (supplement) the additional details of the contributor
(beneficiary) (details of an identity card, telephone number, e-mail and postal addresses);
• sign an agreement on changing (defining) the method of informing (including access to the
services of UAPF JSC in electronic format).
In the first half of 2022, the contributors (beneficiaries) of the Fund in the divisions of Kazpost
JSC received about 6.5 thousand services. The greatest demand for UAPF services in the subdivisions of
Kazpost is observed in Kyzylorda, Zhambyl and East Kazakhstan regions.
The list of divisions of Kazpost JSC, where you can get UAPF services for changing additional
details and the method of informing, you can find on the enpf.kz website in the «Services» section.
At the same time, we inform you that most of the UAPF services, for example, obtaining an
extract from an individual pension account, changing details, etc., can be obtained without leaving home,
online through the Personal Account on the enpf.kz corporate website or in the ENPF mobile application.

The UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of GNPF APF JSC. The UAPF founder and shareholder is the
Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Institution “Committee of State Property and
Privatization” of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. UAPF pension assets are managed by the National
Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From January 1, 2016, the functions for developing proposals to improve the
management of pension assets were transferred to the National Fund Management Council. In accordance with the pension
legislation, the UAPF attracts compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions, voluntary
pension contributions, pension benefits, individual accounting of pension accumulations and benefits, provides the contributor
(beneficiary) with information on the status of his pension accumulations (for more information visit www.enpf.kz)
